Scope of work -To search and find verdicts in specific jurisdictions for a legal financing outfit based on client provided criteria including the area of law, amount awarded and size of the firm involved.
Task performed - Using verdictsearch.com, lawyersweekly.com, PACER and other advanced databases, we compiled a weekly spreadsheet for the client with approximately 250 verdicts fitting the specific criteria.
Result - The client saw measurable savings compared to hiring an in-office paralegal.
