Legal research for a real estate law firm database
Scope of work -To research relevant real estate law, update the firm’s database and provide answers to questions from clients of the firm.
Task performed - We researched real estate case law, statutes, and state and municipality codes to update the database on topics including sublet, buyer discrimination, property damage, elderly community, age restrictions, condominium and record management law.
Result -The client approached us as they faced uncertain issue volume, ranging from 50 to 100 specific concerns, on a weekly basis. As we were able to flexibly scale our efforts based on our client’s weekly needs, the project was a success and resulted in significant savings.
