Litigation support for a large product liability class action suit
Scope of work - To document a class action fact sheet and review related fact sheets and claims online to identify any potential liabilities of the client.
Task performed - We suggested an online review platform and reviewed the fact sheets online to document 100,000 class action fact sheets. We provided a project manager with subject matter expertise in class actions to provide leadership, quality checking and training.
Result - The law firm and its client reduced their costs by 50%.
